  What Assessments Do You Cover?
Body composition (current weight, body fat %, lean mass), posture analysis, functional movement screen (FMS), starting strength levels, cardio health (power output), heart-rate recovery, nutrition habits, and lifestyle analysis.
  What Kind of Programs Do You Offer?
MECA offers personal training programs for fat-loss, building muscle, gaining strength, athletic performance and injury rehabilitation.
  How Long Are the Sessions?
Session 1 in the Jumpstart Package (fitness assessment and evaluation) is 90 minutes. Session 2 (Report of Findings) is 75 minutes. Each personal training session is 60 minutes.
  What If I Have an Injury?
No need to worry if you have an injury. At MECA, we specialize in working with clients who need rehabilitation services or are just completing rehabilitation therapy and need continued training.

We offer post-rehabilitation training from both acute and chronic injuries for both athletes and non-athletes alike. Many of our current clients are referrals from Doctors, Physical Therapists, and Chiropractors who have sent us their patients for post-rehabilitation exercise to help strengthen areas such as the low back, knees, and shoulder after injury.
  How Much Does Personal Training Cost?
The Short Answer: It all depends on your current fitness levels and what goals you're looking to achieve!

The Long Answer: The cost of personal training is determined by your fitness goals, level of commitment, and prior training experience. Personal training is a customized service, similar to having a tailored suit made or planning a wedding. 

To create a program that is individualized to your needs, we start with a comprehensive fitness assessment and evaluation session which looks at various aspects of your current health, fitness, nutrition, mobility, strength, and cardio levels.

Because of this, we simply cannot give out a price for training, because we have no idea what your wants and needs are without going through a Jumpstart Package. Personal training is different for everyone, because everyone is different.
